The Colorado Veterans Resource Coalition (CVRC) is a 501(c)3 organization that provides safe, and community-based services for single veterans who are homeless and/or suffer from chronic mental illness. This program serves qualified single veterans (Honorable or General Under Honorable Conditions discharge) without regard to age, gender, race, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation. CVRC helps homeless veterans get back on their feet and step back into the community.
CVRC's Crawford House is a 90 day program that provides safe temporary housing for single veterans in the Colorado Springs area who are homeless and assists them in finding permanent housing and employment.
Since the CVRC started providing temporary housing and services in 2001, they have helped over 2,192 homeless veterans, of which 81% successfully completed their program requirements and moved into their own homes.
Support our mission. Financial support is a quick and easy way to help the Crawford House and the homeless Veterans we are assisting to get back on their feet. We have a volunteer Board of Directors that ensures your gracious gift is used to further the support of our Nation's Veterans. Read more about how your financial gifts are put to use and now!
Spread the Word. Help us spread the word about our work in the community and the good things we do. Mention the Crawford House/CVRC to your friends, family and co-workers.
Pray. Please keep in your prayers the Veterans in the program, those waiting to get into this wonderful program, and all the volunteers that make this successful. We know we cannot succeed on our own.
Ways you can help.
